Malt Maniacs Awards 2006
The Malt Maniacs are quite possibly the most acclaimed and respected independent judges of all things Whisky. Each year they invite the Whisky Industry as a whole (not just Scotch) to submit samples of their current whiskies for judging “blind” by a select panel of international “maniacal” judges.
The 2006 medals and awards were released to the world’s press in early December, and Adelphi Distillery was delighted to scoop medals for each of their 8 entries, including 2 out of the total 15 golds, and the award for best Speyside Whisky.
